Overview
Tingmo for iOS and iPadOS is an offline book reader and text-to-speech app. It does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Books and reading data
Books you import, extracted text, reading position, preferences, and generated speech are processed and stored on your device. Tingmo does not upload this content to the developer's servers.
Network access
Tingmo accesses the network only when you choose to import a book from an HTTPS URL or when Apple services process an in-app purchase. The operator of the URL you choose and Apple may process data under their own privacy policies.
Purchases
Tingmo Pro purchases are handled by Apple. Tingmo receives purchase status needed to unlock features but does not receive your full payment details.
Data sharing and retention
Tingmo does not sell or share personal data. Local app data remains on your device until you delete individual books, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to device backups you control.
Children
Tingmo is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the app has no account, ads, or analytics, the developer does not knowingly collect children's personal data through the app.
